Yes. When your project requires a permit—such as structural changes, basement finishing, or electrical/plumbing work—we prepare the documentation, submit applications, and coordinate inspections. Our work is designed to pass city inspections smoothly.
A standard kitchen takes 3–6 weeks, and a bathroom 2–4 weeks, depending on scope, material availability, and any structural changes. We provide a realistic timeline in your quote and keep you updated if anything shifts.
Typically, we request a deposit to secure materials and schedule, then progress payments at key milestones (e.g., framing complete, drywall finished), with final payment upon project completion and your approval. Exact terms are outlined in your contract.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises due to workmanship (not normal wear or external factors), we'll return to correct it at no charge within the warranty period. Specific terms are provided in your contract, and we offer post-project support if you have questions or minor touch-ups.
We use drop cloths, dust barriers, and protective floor coverings. Tools and materials are organized, and we clean up daily. Safety protocols include proper PPE, secure work areas, and WSIB compliance. Your home is respected as if it were our own.
Changes happen. We have a clear change-order process: you request the change, we provide updated pricing and timeline, and once you approve in writing, we proceed. This keeps everyone aligned and avoids surprises at the end.
